The Denise René Gallery is known as responsible for the international recognition of geometric and kinetic art artists of the post-Second World War era. Avant-garde gallerist Denise René herself launched leader of the op-art movement Victor Vasarely’s career, who she exhibited in 1944 for the inauguration of her gallery.
